Thames Valley University (TVU) is pleased to invite you to Challenging Project Management. The two day innovative conference has been designed to develop a tripartite relationship between academia, industry and professional bodies to maximise the exchange of expertise and knowledge. In the current challenging economic climate this synergy is necessary to ensure businesses remain competitive by achieving efficiency while at the same time developing forward thinking strategies for sustainability.
Conference delegates have the unique opportunity to listen to speakers from various industry backgrounds, academia, and the Association for Project Management (APM) who, together with the BCS – Chartered Institute for IT and the APM Heathrow Chapter, are the main sponsor of this event.
After presenting on their subjects in the morning, all speakers will facilitate workshops on the same topics in the afternoon, allowing for in-depth discussion and networking. Subjects include International Governance, Beyond PRINCE2, EVM, The Theory of Constraints, Global Project Teams and NLP as well as an additional dinner event with a presentation by the SSC Bloodhound Project.
